Although we try to try to find out about everything happening in local arts and culture, we depend on input from several sources, particularily event organizers. So please submit information at least 2 weeks in advance to give maximum exposure to your upcoming event. If you don't have full details, just submit preliminary, "hold-the-date" information, and then follow up with complete information after plans are finalized. This helps avoid date conflicts with events, such as festivals and fund-raisers, where organizers hope for maximun attendance.
